Interview with C. M. Cahill

We’re welcoming C. M. Cahill to the blog today!

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Do you argue with your characters? Not really, I tend to let them take control
If so, who wins most frequently? But if I do argue with them, they usually win!

What makes a story interesting to you to write? How about to read?

My answer is the same for both of these. It’s the build up of the relationship between the characters and their interactions. It also has to flow really good and not contradict what’s been said.

How do you escape writer’s block?

I’ll reread parts that are already written for the story to see if that helps or more to a different WIP. If nothing is coming to me, I will step away. I hate forcing the work.

What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever received?

It’s simple advice: Just keep writing.

What’s your writing fuel?

Pinterest usually! I love looking up stuff and I’ll find a picture of someone and be like I have to create a story about him/her!
